That passion runs strong in the Hazen family. Both Dr. Hazen and her sister followed in their father’s footsteps, while her brother and sister-in-law also work in the dental field—together upholding a tradition of outstanding care that spans multiple decades.
Dr. Hazen attended Indiana University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Indiana University School of Dentistry.
