The Smile Saver Plan is an in-house dental membership program that provides essential preventive care along with reduced fees on many in-office treatments.
There are no deductibles, waiting periods, or claim forms. Instead, you receive straightforward care and savings directly through our practice.
Designed to support healthy growth and early prevention.
Included Preventive & Diagnostic Services
• Cleanings: 2 per year
• Doctor examinations: 1–2 per year
• Routine X-rays: 1 per year
• Emergency exam: 1 per year, as needed
• Fluoride treatment: 1 per year
Treatment Discounts
• Fillings: 20% discount
• All other dental treatments: 10% discount

Exclusions
No discounts apply to orthodontic treatment.
Membership Fee
$345 per fiscal year
Valid until age 13. After age 13, the plan may continue under the adult rate of $395 per year.
